I can’t find a certain product on your website. Can you get it

From a product line we do not carry, please contact us to request we start carrying that product line. We love customer feedback and are constantly working to provide the products you want and need the most.

Do you sell prescription-only products?

Unfortunately, we are not able to sell prescription products online. You can purchase with your dermatologist, physician and local pharmacy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping/gift receipts on most orders.

What payments do you accept?

Real Beauty Outlet accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure online checkout.

Where do I enter my promotional code?

You can enter your promotional code in checkout.

Can I enter more than one promotional code?

Sorry! For Real Beauty Outlet to keep our prices low and competitive, you can only use one promotional code per order.

As you are an online store, do I have to pay sales tax?

Real Beauty Outlet is required to collect state sales tax for purchases made on the website. This is in accordance with the Supreme Court decision South Dakota vs. Wayfair.

Do keep in mind that all consumers are responsible for remitting any unpaid sales tax on online purchases to their state. Please check with your local government for the rules and regulations in your area.

How do I now when my order been shipped?>

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Real Beauty Outlet only ships within the United States.

When will my order arrive?

For specific information on when your order will arrive, please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email. This email includes tracking information for your package including carrier information and estimated delivery time.

If you have chosen our standard shipping, your package will typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

Returns

Real Beauty Outlet takes care to hand pack each order but accidents happen. We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Let us know ASAP so we can remedy the problem. Contact us here to report the issue.  Please contact us immediately so we can take action to fix the problem. If the product is broken or damaged, make sure to keep the box, packaging materials and broken/damaged items for inspection by the shipping carrier.

I'm having a reaction to a product. Can I return it?

Having a poor reaction to a new product is never fun. Please be aware that certain reactions to new skincare can be normal depending on the active ingredient. When you begin using any new skin care regimen, your skin can experience tingling, redness, flaky skin and even purging. These common skin responses to unfamiliar ingredients are often how the skin acclimates. Purging, especially, means that a product is bringing skin impurities to the surface to be expelled, which often results in breakouts – but in the end, this process is often well worth it.

Please make sure to read each product's use instructions carefully as irritation can occasionally occur if the product is being used incorrectly or with other products not suitable for use together. 

If there isn’t another solution, we’d be happy to issue a refund for the product as long as it falls into the guidelines of our Return Policy.
